1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using not tonight., you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use not tonight. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@nottonight.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your data

You own your data. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your entries or personal information. You can export or permanently delete all of your data at any time from Settings.

5. Free trial & subscriptions

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Premium features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, Premium access is $7.99/month or $59.99/year (billed annually).
• You can cancel at any time; Premium access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use not tonight. to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Health disclaimer

not tonight. is not a medical service. Cycle tracking, ovulation predictions, and pattern insights are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for professional healthcare or relationship counseling. Do not rely on this app for contraception or fertility decisions.

8. Third-party integrations

Optional integrations with Google Fit, Fitbit, and Apple Health are subject to those platforms' own terms of service. We access only the data you explicitly authorize and store it only to enhance your experience within not tonight.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, not tonight. is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email and update the date above. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
